Late review, but I came in on 11/10/25 about having a OEM Honda key cut for my motorcycle (Honda Africa Twin), the key worked with my ignition but unfortunately the key wasn’t working for my gas cap when I tried it at home. I came back the next day inquiring about a fix. They assured me they would fix it with the other machine the day after. When I came back again with the bike this time, they were able to have a blank key precisely cut which worked perfectly and they even fixed the original OEM key so that it would work with the gas cap. As a bonus, they offered me the cut blank key for 50% off as a courtesy, which is nice. Rest assured, I would trust them again. Even if you a problem, they seem to care about fixing any issues you may have. 10/10.

Pro-Keys Locksmith provided excellent service today. I have asked him to jump start my car if he can and also ended up getting a new key shell. They completed both tasks very quickly and the pricing was completely transparent and fair. Professional, friendly, and efficient—I will definitely be using them again for any future key or car issues.

I worked with the owner in getting some keys and locks fixed on my 2007 Honda Fit. I can tell you they care. I talk a lot and tend to explain alot. And he really let me explain things, and we went back. And forth about knowledge, he helped me where he didn't have to. He could have just tried to sell me work. He realized that I was capable, and he explained to me how to do something to help me out. Which is why I continued to give him work and brought him more work. I was able to take apart my door lock to my door and bring it to him. He re-keyed or rebuilt the lock, and made me a new key, so I had two different experiences with him. And I then brought my wife's vehicle to have another keymade, because her Honda Odyssey keys kept breaking, which apparently is a known thing. Honda makes really cheap keys.So he has better keys that are stronger. He's even text me from his personal phone to try to help me figure out a key situation.When I was thinking about having him get into a safe, I lost the key to so highly rated locksmith.
