Jacob came out to fix my front door locks and deadbolt yesterday. He did an amazing job, spent extra time to get it precisely adjusted. He did not charge me for that extra time. He was also delightful to work with and very professional. I will definitely be a repeat customer in the future. I highly recommend them!!!

Late review, but I came in on 11/10/25 about having a OEM Honda key cut for my motorcycle (Honda Africa Twin), the key worked with my ignition but unfortunately the key wasn’t working for my gas cap when I tried it at home. I came back the next day inquiring about a fix. They assured me they would fix it with the other machine the day after. When I came back again with the bike this time, they were able to have a blank key precisely cut which worked perfectly and they even fixed the original OEM key so that it would work with the gas cap. As a bonus, they offered me the cut blank key for 50% off as a courtesy, which is nice. Rest assured, I would trust them again. Even if you a problem, they seem to care about fixing any issues you may have. 10/10.

Pro-Keys Locksmith provided excellent service today. I have asked him to jump start my car if he can and also ended up getting a new key shell. They completed both tasks very quickly and the pricing was completely transparent and fair. Professional, friendly, and efficient—I will definitely be using them again for any future key or car issues.
